I already had a small plastic sleeve that clips to the end of the lanyard so it was a matter of designing something would fit in there.
I went for a simple folded piece so that it wouldn't be too thick or too much for them to be bothered to look through.



Below is the final piece, the front piece is the outside - it will be folded in half and then half again, so the front will be like the poster, the back will be the route guide - when its opened it will show the information, and then when its opened fully - it will have a small keepsake saying 'I marched with NYC pride'.
