Book cover 'tweeks'

Following on from the Crit feedback and the slight changes I had identified I needed to make anyway, I feel these will be the final covers if all goes well with printing etc.

Charlie and the Chocolate factory;
The main point with this was that the purple background was so much bolder than the other covers so it stoof out a lot more - but if I was to make it more 'pastel' like the others, theDanny, the Champion of the World cover would need changing because the background on that was purple so it would clash (see below). It still isn't as pale as the others but I think it fits a little better.

I also changed the title on the spine so that it will fit in better with other books - previously it stood out far too much because of the chocolate/swirly type on the spine compared to the others.

Danny, The Champion of the World;
As mentioned previously the background colour of this needed changing so it didn't match the Charlie cover - I wanted to go for a 'sky' colour. I liked the second one more (the more yellowy piece) but if I was to go with this one...the Matilda cover needed changing so that they wouldn't then match.

Matilda;
I didn't mind that this one needed changing because I wasn't too sure about the yellow walls anyway so now that I have changed it to pink - it makes it a lot more 'girly' which normally I wouldn't be too keen on, but in this instance I quite like it. I also changed the green on the books because I thought the previous one was too overpowering and old fashioned - the book she is holding still has some of the original green but the lighted makes it more 'freindly' looking.

George's Marvellous Medicine;
The only alteration I made here was to make some of the outlines bolded and the text on the back a little darker - it may not be too obvious digitally but I am sure it will make a difference when printed.

James and the Giant Peach;
Intially the only change I wanted to make here was to make the outlines a little thicker and darker which I was happy with once I had sone it, but then I realied the background of this was again quite similar to the new Danny, The champion of the world one. Originally I didn't want to have a blue background for the sky because I thought it would be too obvious but having now tried it, I actually think it works well and makes the 'Giant peach' stand out even more.
